Three assistant/associate professor positions, tenure-track,
one still pending authorization:
		Medeival and Renaissance British Lit
		Applied Linguistics/EFL
		19th Century American Lit, with expertise in earlier
 	periods
 
Begin Fall 1997.  Teaching includes undergrad and graduate courses in
major area plus composition, conversation, and introductory courses.
Ability to teach Western Civ and World Cultures a plus.  English is
language of instruction.  PhD required. Include CV, dossier with
writing sample, MA and PhD transcritps, and three letters of reference
by December 5, 1996 to Thomas Nash, Chair, English Department, Fu Jen
