- ------------------------------------------------

A Research Fellow (RF) post is available in the Faculty of Arts,
HKU. The Department of Linguistics being part of the Art Faculty is in
a position to make recommendations. We will consider researchers in
any sub-field of specialisation, as long as it fits in with the

positions in this institution or elsewhere. It is expected that
successful candidates would normally be within five years of their
doctoral (or equivalent) qualification, with at least two years of
research experience at the post-doctoral (or equivalent) level. In
addition to research, appointees may be asked to undertake some
teaching. The appointment will be made on a three-year, fixed-term
contract, with a salary scale ranging from HK$31,730 to $49,425. The
posts is available immediately.
