             FIRST MEDITERRANEAN CONFERENCE OF MORPHOLOGY

Travelling Information: The local office of Olympic Airways is the
official sponsor of the meeting. In order to get a considerable
discount on the entire ticket (place of departure - Mytilene), please
send a short notice to Angela Ralli (aralli at atlas.uoa.gr) about your
intention to participate to the meeting around the end of
March. Details will be communicated to you personally by
mid-April. The flying time from Athens to Mytilene is 35 minutes and
there are four flights daily.  If you stop in Athens, you may also
take the boat to the island. There are boats daily and the trip takes
10-11 hours approximately. In case that you decide to take the boat,
you have to make your own arrangements to buy the tickets. Prices for
boat tickets vary between 7.000 drachmas and 18.000 drachmas one way,
depending on the ticket class.
