Query 1:  SSL - English/Spanish Modals - should have/must have

Are there any recent SSL texts, papers, articles or dissertations
describ ing and using examples for the selection of the appropriate
Spanish conversational form(s) to translate English Past tense modal
usage of:

(1) HE MUST HAVE + participle (ARRIVED) =3D debe (de) haber llegado,
ha d ebido llegar, debia haber llegado, habia debido llegar,
debio llegar, deb io haber llegado, etc;

(2) HE SHOULD HAVE + participle (STUDIED) - debio estudiar, debio
hab er estudiado, debia OR debiera haber estudiado OR deberia
haber estudiad o, ha debido estudiar, habia debido estudiar, habia
OR hubiera OR habria debido estudiar, AND ALSO debia or debiera
estudiar, etc.;

In particular, is there literature in which a position is taken
regarding :

1.  Are there any contexts/rules in which the translation of
        HE MUST + PARTICIPLE
        has to be a form other than
        (present of DEBER) DEBE (DE) HABER + PARTICIPIO
        and,

2.  HE SHOULD HAVE + PARTICIPLE
        must be translated with a form other than
        (conditional of DEBER) DEBERiA HABER + PARTICIPIO?
