Dear colleagues,

Slovenia is initiating a reform in primary education. One of the big
changes is introduction of rhetoric in the 8th and 9th grade. Being an
argumentation and rhetoric scholar I somehow agreed to write the
curriculum (which turned out to be much more difficult than writing a
scientific paper!). I would be grateful for any advise, suggestion or
tip, and especially for any already existing rhetoric curricula for
primary schools (if there are any). The rhetoric curricula for
secondary schools would be helpful as well. As a matter of fact, any
written material would be most welcome.

Thank you very much for your help!

What is the usual pattern of acquisition of pronominal case in
children acquiring Italian as L1? Is it usual for children to
generalise the nominative, e.g.

Vengo con tu.

I will be grateful for any info and/or guidance on readings. Please
send all responses to me directly.

Dear colleagues,

We are planning to establish a Center for Language and Educational
Reseach. It is a non-profit institution and aimed to develop programs
associated to language and education. Its language researches are more
directed to investigate discourses in relation to the extensive area
of knowledge such as gender, race, politics, and ideology.

We would like to know if any of you can suggest where to find some
funds to support our programs.

Sincerely,
Joko K. Damanhuri
