nQuest, Inc. is an Internet software start-up developing natural-
language-understanding applications. We offer interesting and
challenging work in a casual environment in Washington DC.

We are looking for five senior-level programmers for permanent
positions starting immediately. Our ideal candidate would have a
background combining some computational linguistics research
with experience developing commercial software. Must have very
strong C++ skills and experience with industrial-strength NT or UNIX
server applications. Other desirable skills/experience include:

- C++ STL
- COM, ATL
- CORBA
- C++/Java integration
- multithreaded programming
- information retrieval/search
- web-based distributed apps
- WordNet applications

Strong written English skills are essential; knowledge of other languages
is a big plus.

We offer competitive salaries, stock options and full benefits. For more
information, see http://www.naturalquestion.com. Send resumes/cover letters
to jobs at naturalquestion.com or via fax to 202-338-1477.
