Subject: Corpora for NW Caucasian languages

Dear linguist fellows,

I need corpora from north-west Caucasian languages which, like Abkhaz,
Ubykh and Adyghe, are known to have 2 or 3 vowel phonemes, and where height
is the only distinctive feature.
Could you please provide me with (relatively modern!) references (in
Russian, German, English, French, etc.) where I could find significant
lexical material illustrating the allophonic variation of these vowel
phonemes?
Thank you very much. I shall post a summary of the responses.

Dear all,

I am currently working on the acquisition of reflexives in SLA. I would be
grateful if you could point me to the references which deal with the
implementation of anaphoric dependencies in terms of the Minimalist
Program assumptions. I know of Reuland (1996) approach to
SE-reflexives. I would like to find out if any other Minimalist
proposals are made for reflexives and for the English reflexive
himself in particular. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will
summarize responses received for the list readers.

Please reply to zakletsl at gusun.georgetown.edu
