Subject:  IPA fonts for Windows NT

We would like to make an IPA font available on our server, which runs
Windows NT.  Our techies have been unable to get the SIL IPA fonts to
work in this environment..  Does anyone know of a solution or another
IPA font that might work for us?

Has anyone used the Linguistics Abstracts Online database operated by
Blackwells? IF so, (a) does it provide full-text access to a significant
number of journals? (b) does it have advantages over LLBA on-line or other
on-line databases for linguists?

Subject:  Mac Font in MS Word 6 for Romanian

Dear Linguist Listers,

Might anyone have experience with a Mac Font in MS Word 6 for the
ROMANIAN language?

I'm putting together a Proceedings and need especially 3 characters
which MS Word 6 doesn't generate in TIMES ROMAN:

namely a "t" and an "s" with a hook like a cedilla underneath,

and an "a" with a half circle above like a saucer.

Might you be able to recommend a font or supplier or free share ware?
