Subject:  Localization Program Manager in Redmond, Washington


We have an immediate opening for a localization program manager. Job
will be based in Redmond Washington. Need localization background in
software industry and language skills in either European or Asian
languages. This is not a developer position. It is a position
responsible for project management and localization team
leadership. Pilot product will be localized from English to German.
Other products already out in Chinese. Japanese and Korean language
skills also will be useful. Other team members have a rich background
of world language talent. Some familiarity with internet markup
language (HTML etc.) and relational databases (Visual Foxpro etc.)

UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON

DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN COMMUNICATION SCIENCE

UCL provides an outstanding research environment in the field of human
communication. The Department is one of the largest in the UK specialising
in communication disorders, and enjoys close links with other UCL
departments and specialist hospitals. To strengthen our teaching and
research profile we are seeking applications for two new posts, from
candidates with an active programme of research at postdoctoral level.

 Lecturer A/B: Speech and Language Pathology
 15735 - 29048, + 2134 London Allowance.

Experience as a speech and language therapist working with clients with
acquired disorders is essential. Specialism in motor speech disorders,
dysphagia or voice is desirable, together with some teaching experience.
While a full-time post is available, therapists wishing to retain a
part-time clinical commitment will also be considered.

Lecturer A: Clinical Linguistics (3 years fixed-term)
 15735 -  21815, + 2134 London Allowance.

Applicants should have a background in linguistics, phonetics or
psycholinguistics ; a commitment to working in a clinically-oriented
academic department; and preferably some teaching experience.
