I have a student writing a paper on Euskadi and its decline in certain
populations and reasons for the decline. I have assisted him quite a bit but
If anyone has any resources or sites that I can pass along to him I would
appreciate it.

Hi everyone -

I'm doing my Master's research paper in Georgetown's Computational
Linguistics program on the
extralinguistic devices in email/mailing lists and how to translate that
into tts (namely, smilies,
acronyms, etc.).  If anyone here has done similar research or could
recommend some resources,
I'd appreciate it.
