Subject: Testers needed for COLT CD

Dear Linguist,

The processing of the COLT-material (The Bergen Corpus of London Teenage
Language) is in its final stages. (1) The original plan was to produce a
CD-rom with text and sound, but now that both text and sound can be made
accessible on the internet, we are beginning to wonder whether the CD
version is still attractive or whether the internet version is maybe
preferable.

Moreover, we need testers for judging the level of accuracy of the text &
sound on the web. So would anybody be willing to test the material in
exchange for free access to the entire material?

Please let me have your reaction.

Anna-Brita Stenstrom
