JOB POSTING

POSITION:				
Resident Director, Council Study Center at National Chengchi University

LOCATION:				
Taipei, Taiwan

DURATION:				
Beginning Summer of 2000 for a minimum of one year.

QUALIFICATIONS:		
Doctorate degree in Chinese Language or Chinese Linguistics
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
In-country living experience.
Experience teaching university students.
Previous management/administrative experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative oversight of study abroad program, ability to each one
or two advanced courses relating to Chinese Language (e.g. The History
of the Chinese Language, Classical Chinese, Classical Literature),
curriculum development, hiring of faculty, student advising, and
coordination with National Chengchi University.
