Fluent English speaker to join natural language processing (NLP) team
working in corpus-based linguistics.  Read text from a variety of
sources -- journalistic style, closed captioned, broadcast news
transcripts -- and annotate linguistic phenomena, e.g., syntax,
semantics, grammatical relations, coreference, etc.  Write annotation
guidelines to document markup conventions.  Experience with Unix,
SGML/XML is desired.  Fluency in Mandarin would also be very useful,
but not necessary.  Education/Experience Required: Undergraduate study
in linguistics or equivalent experience doing linguistic annotation.
Position may require employee to obtain a security clearance.
