Could anyone help me with references on the prosodic system of Swiss
French(s).
I am also looking for comparisons between prosodic systems of different
varieties of French (within & between French speaking countries).

Please reply to me directly (cecile.fougeron at pse.unige.ch), I'll post a
summary to the list.

Many thanks,
Cecile

Subject: Selling of Theses/Dissertations over the Internet

Hi there,

I have just been made aware of a website called www.contentville.com.

Apparently, the National Library in Canada has given them rights to sell
all dissertations and MA theses published in the last 12 years (at least). I
found my own work on there, without my knowledge, or having given consent.
Does anyone know what the laws/rules (esp in Canada) are governing this type
of distribution? Or, if as a condition of submitting our work to the
National Library, we waived any rights regarding renumeration, etc? A
substantial amount of work from American universities is also available from
this website, so perhaps this issue has already been dealt with there?
Thanks very much!
