Qualified scientists and engineers are sought to extend proprietary
ASR technology.  Principal focus will be on extending and advancing
ASR algorithms for Natural Language processing of spoken language
input.  Noise robustness, signal quality, mobile telephone speech
recognition will be investigated and developed.  ASR architecture will
be designed to uniquely support our advanced parsing technology.
Scientists and Engineers will work cooperatively in the organization,
principally with the Natural Language Processing Group and Development
Group.

Senior Scientist Position requires a PhD or exceptionally equivalent
qualifications with proven track record and publications in the field
of ASR. Scientist position requires a PhD from a major speech
recognition laboratory at a major university in the area of Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics.  In these two scientific
posts, you will define the charter of the research, you will assure
rapid deployment of existing techniques and focus on tuning such
techniques for the new requirements of spoken language input.
Engineers will support scientific endeavors by writing the wrappers
and platform for the ASR, system modification, real time coding and
robust coding for deployment. ASR Tuning Engineer will apply rigorous
and relevant models based on caller data to improve and tune
recognition accuracy for a particular application.

Senior Research Engineers must hold an MS in Electrical Engineering,
Physics, Computer Science or Mathematics and should have completed a
major project related to ASR technology.

research and development. Principal scientist will have a publication
record from a five year period of time. PhDs sought, or exceptional
equivalent qualifications through proven industry track records on
leading synthesis technology products. PhD must be in the field of
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Physics with thesis
research in Speech Processing. PhDs in Speech and Hearing Sciences
programs also sought, but course work must include at least a 50%
component in Electrical Engineering models of Speech and Hearing with
Qualifier in this area.

Senior Research Engineer will focus on software architecture and
implementation for an automatic prosody markup language to improve TTS
personality.

Sr Speech Engineer will write the platform and wrapper for TTS
deployment.  Sr Speech Engineer should hold a MS in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics.

SUI. Background in syntax, semantics and phonology desirable. All
linguistics backgrounds considered. Be part of a development team and

a dialog working. The ideal candidate enjoys applying linguistics to
make clever dialogs and natural dialogs and has meticulous attention to
detail. Some programming experience in any language a plus.
