interact with web sites by typing or speaking in natural language.

Job Description
Soliloquy, Inc. is currently seeking a creative, flexible and
accomplished individual for the position of Computational Linguist. This
person will be a part of our Natural Language team, designing and
implementing the NLP components of our expert dialogue systems.


Basic Requirements
· Advanced degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Artificial
  Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
· Experience designing and/or implementing symbolic NLP systems (doing
  syntactic and semantic analysis, lexicon building, word sense
  disambiguation, or related tasks)
· Solid background in linguistics, including lexical semantics,
  syntax, and the syntax-semantics interface
· Familiarity with knowledge engineering; preferably at the interface
  between language and knowledge processing
· Object-oriented programming skills
· Excellent communications skills
· Fluency in the English language


Additional Desirable Skills
· Experience with dialogue modeling
· Experience with natural language generation
· Experience with NL query processing
· Smalltalk programming
