Subject: Negative Particles in NP

Dear Linguist members,

we are currently working on the use of negative particles within the

boundaries of the NP, eg.

o mi polemos

the not war

i ochi epitichimeni epemvasi

the not succesful invasion

We are looking for relevant work and we would be grateful if you could
help us with references. A summary will be posted to the list.

Thank you very much for your help.

Subject: Ancient Greek infinitives

Dear linguist members,

I would very much appreciate it, if you could help me find references
about Ancient Greek infinitives. My research comprises infinitival
complement and adjunct clauses and focuses on the status and
properties of the infinitival subject.

I would also appreciate any suggestions concerning the following related
questions:

1. Are there control structures in Ancient Greek?

2. Is there Exceptional Case Marking in Ancient Greek?

3. Where does the infinitival subject take its case from?

Thanks,
Marina
