Parser and grammar for English

This is a summary of the responses I received about a parser and a
broad-coverage grammar for English. I wanted to get, if possible,
access to source code and/or the possibility of using my own
lexicon. Thanks very much to all who replied. Unfortunately, I haven't
yet found exactly what I'm looking for, so further replies are still
welcome.

Parsers and/or grammars (in no particular order):

- Conexor

Tagger and parser for English, not yet available for Windows

- Boeing developed a parser plus grammar some time ago. The parser is
in LISP, and the grammar is documented in the following PhD
dissertation:

Harrison, Philip. 1988. "A New Algorithm for Parsing Generalized
Phrase Structure Grammar." University of Washington.
