 ==========================================================================
The LINGUIST List strongly encourages employers to use
non-discriminatory standards in hiring policy. In particular we urge
that employers do not discriminate on the grounds of race, ethnicity,
nationality, age, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. However, we
have no means of enforcing these standards.

Job seekers should pay special attention to language in ads regarding
employment requirements and are encouraged to consult our international
employment page http://linguistlist.org/jobnet.html.

This page has been set up so that people can report on the employment
standards of various countries.

LexiQuest an NLP company founded in 1977 (http://www.lexiquest.com),
is currently seeking to fill the position of its Dutch lexicon
manager. The candidates should have a good knowledge of computational
linguistics and/or lexicography.

Programming skills (preferably an experience with Java) are necessary,
preference will be given to native speakers of Dutch. The work
consists in "house-keeping" and enriching the generic Dutch lexical
data represented according to the GENELEX-PAROLE conceptual model.
The work involves not only direct manipulation of the data but also
the coordination of actions subcontracted to external entities. The
work location is Montreuil (a suburb adjacent to the city of Paris
France) but some travel to our offices in Louvain (Belgium) is not to
be excluded.

If interested please send any questions and a resume to Antoine Ogonowski
