BOARD OF THE FACULTY OF MEDIEVAL AND MODERN LANGUAGES

ZAHAROFF TEACHING FELLOW IN FRENCH LINGUISTICS

The Board of the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages is seeking
to make a fixed term, part-time appointment in the field of French
linguistics from 1 January 2001 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
until 31 July 2004.

The successful candidate will be actively engaged in research on some
area of French language and will have teaching interests either in the
history of the French language or modern French linguistics.  A
pro-rata salary on the University Lecturer scale (i.e. GBP7,102 -
GBP13,223) will be offered.
