Professor in European Studies

This post offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to
the research assessment submissions in 2001 and beyond. Contributing to
programme design and teaching at all levels you will have a strong
research, publications and external funding record in any area within
the broad discipline of European Studies, including European social and
political studies, European cultural and media studies, and linguistics,
and not excluding nation-specific specialisms. A research leader with a
genuine commitment to an interdisciplinary research culture, you should
have experience of supervising research students. Salary will be in the
range £36,400 to £38,900, though an additional allowance may be
available to an exceptional candidate.
