Dalhousie University - French Department

Applications are invited for a 12 months full-time position commencing
July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2002, at the Assistant Professor
level. This position is subject to budgetary approval. All candidates
would be expected to have native or native-like fluency in French.

The Department is seeking an individual with competence and enthusiasm
in the field of language teaching, serious research plans, commitment
to departmental involvements, specialization in either linguistics or
literature, and a Ph.D.

Exigences : maîtrise parfaite de la langue française, compétence et
enthousiasme en matière d'enseignement du français, excellent profil
de recherche, aptitude à assumer des tâches administratives au sein du
département, spécialisation en linguistique ou en littérature,
