Assistant Professor, French/German Applied Linguist
	
Tenure-track Assistant Professor, beginning August 2001, with Ph.D. in
hand. Undergraduate and graduate teaching required; must present
evidence of excellence in teaching. Commitment to research and
publications. Native or near-native proficiency in French and German
highly preferred.  Coordinate first and second-year French and German
programs and train graduate teaching assistants. Experience with
multi-media and computer-assisted language instruction
required. Ability to teach historical linguistics a plus.
