Rank open:  Spanish applied linguistics, with specialization in
second language acquisition, to begin August 2001. Tenured or
tenure-track, depending on qualifications.  Minimum qualifications
include Ph. D. in Spanish applied linguistics in hand at time of
application, native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English,
commitment to research. Posssibility of participating in the
interdisciplinary program in Linguistics and Applied Language studies.
Responsibilities include teaching graduateseminars,supervising
graduate students, participating in the training of graduate teaching
assistants, and teaching undergraduate courses in areas of
specialization.Send complete dossier,including at least 3 letters of
