DISCOURSE AND DISCRIMINATION Rhetorics of Racism and Anti-
Semitism

Discourse and Discrimination is a study of how racism, anti-
Semitism, and ethnicism are reflected in discourse. Through
the analysis of an impressive variety of documents, Reisigl
and Wodak present detailed case studies of anti-Semitism,
institutional racism, and political xenophobia in Austria.
The book provides a survey of different discourse analysis
approaches, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each,
and concludes with the authors' own model of Critical
Discourse Analysis.
