TITLE
ASR Tuning Engineer - New Development projects (LVASRTE)
	
ROLE
Excellent opportunity for an engineer with exposure to Automatic
Speech Recognition systems. Ideally you will have a PhD (or equivalent
experience) in a related area combined with some commercial experience
in speech recognition. Techncial skills are likely to include perl,
awk and some data management experience. You will work on innovative
SW development projects to produce a unique voice driven interface to
digital services.
	
Tuning (and some development) of the ASR components of a unique speech
recognition system. Conduct research working towards the highest
achievable levels of recognition accuracy.
	
SKILLS
- Ideally a PhD in a related area - or appropriate commercial
experience
- Scientific background
- Attention to detail
- Technical skills may include awk, perl and other scripting/
programming languages
