The Eurolingua Institute is always interested in hearing from
well-qualified, one-to-one homestay language tutors who can provide
suitable, full-board student accommodation in a friendly family
atmoshere. (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian,
Spanish). Eurolingua students are 16 to 75 years, all levels from
beginners to very advanced (teenagers, business professionals,
retirees etc) and all nationalities. Tutors must be prepared to meet
their student guest at the airport/railway station; give 10, 15 or 20
hours per week of individual tuition for 1 to 4 weeks, at any time of
year; take the student on local excursions and visits; and involve the
student in all aspects of the family's social and leisure
activities. Only tutors qualified and/or experienced in teaching
their native language to non-native speakers will be
considered. Linguists are encouraged to apply.
