The Rutgers Optimality Archive (ROA) has reopened at a new location:

        http://roa.rutgers.edu/

The Archive has a renovated interface and improved functionality, making
it easier to download, upload, search, and navigate. Thanks go to Jesse
Fischer for laying the groundwork, with help from Andrew Connolly and
especially to Graham Horwood (Rutgers) and Paul de Lacy (UMass, Amherst)
for extensive work in designing and engineering the site.

The Rutgers Optimality Archive has been a distribution point for
research in Optimality Theory since 1993 and currently contains
approximately 435 entries, including 42 dissertations.

Posting in ROA is open to any who wish to disseminate their work in or
on OT. Downloading is freely available to all.
