Job description (in Dutch):

Als universitair hoofddocent moderne vreemde talen maakt u deel uit
van de afdeling Bedrijfscommunicatie Letteren. Naast uw doceertaak in
één van de moderne vreemde talen die een plaats hebben in de opleiding
CIW-Bedrijfscommunicatie (Engels, Spaans, Frans, Duits) verricht u
onderzoek naar communicatie in een organisatorische context. U vervult
bovendien een coördinerende rol ten behoeve van de
vreemde-talensectoren binnen de afdeling en in de ontwikkeling van
computerondersteund onderwijs op het gebied van de
Bedrijfscommunicatie. U bent op actieve wijze betrokken bij de
curriculumontwikkeling.

U bent gepromoveerd op het terrein van het vreemde-taalonderzoek dan
wel dat van talige cultuurverschillen in communicatie. Daarnaast
beschikt u over een reeks van internationale publicaties en heeft u
een ruime ervaring met het geven van onderwijs in minimaal één van de
genoemde talen. Bestuurlijke activiteiten aan een universiteit, bij
voorkeur in Nederland, maken eveneens deel uit van uw ervaring. Een
actieve beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een belangrijke
voorwaarde voor de vervulling van deze functie. Ervaring met het
verwerven van opdrachten uit de tweede en derde geldstroom strekt tot
aanbeveling.

Het betreft een aanstelling van 1.0 fte met uitzicht op een vast
dienstverband. De proeftijd is één jaar. Een dienstverband van 0.8 fte
is bespreekbaar. Het salaris is afhankelijk van ervaring, en bedraagt
maximaal fl 10.903 bruto (schaal 14) per maand bij een fulltime
aanstelling.
