Does anybody know of a suitable programme for making a dictionary with
Russian as the source language and a language written with Latin
characters (with some special signs) as the target language? In
addition, the programme must be equipped with IPA signs.

Hello,

I am a Ph.D. candidate working on my dissertation, and I am trying to
locate recent CA work that focuses on "you know" and "I mean". Can
anyone provide me with a lead? Please respond to:

Thank you
