non-discriminatory standards in hiring policy. In particular we urge
that employers do not discriminate on the grounds of race, ethnicity,
nationality, age, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. However, we
have no means of enforcing these standards.

Job seekers should pay special attention to language in ads regarding
employment requirements and are encouraged to consult our international
employment page http://linguistlist.org/jobnet.html.

This page has been set up so that people can report on the employment

Company

Enkata Technologies develops applications to help corporations
understand the root causes of their customer interactions -- over 1
million per day in certain industries. Enkata Technologies leverages
proprietary natural language processing, concept mapping, and data
mining techniques to automate the identification of insights into a
company's most costly problems.

Enkata Technologies' software analyzes both structured and free form
text data found in customer interactions to identify root cause
insights. As a result of mining the free form text, Enkata provides
companies with significantly more insight than traditional business
intelligence or reporting packages that rely solely on structured data
