Role Outline

* Manage developers producing innovative solutions within the speech
recognition field, managing both development and implementation
activities

* Work with the pre-sales team to win new business

* Motivate teams to deliver their best

Essential Experience
* 3 years project management in IT
* A SW development background, preferably C++/Java
* Excellent expectation management skills

Beneficial Experience
* Development experience in the Speech Recognition or Telecomms fields
* Experience in the use the Prince 2 methodology
* Degree - IT or Engineering related
