Advance notification

Pending official approval the Department of English Language and
Literature at University College London will advertise a new
lectureship in March for a specialist in Modern English Language, to
commence in September 2002.

The preferred candidate will be a syntactician with a PhD in English
Linguistics, and will have teaching and research experience.

list.
