Description:

Type: Long term contract (2yr) with right-to-hire
Client: Prominent Telecommunications Company Lab
Location: Middletown, NJ

Seeking user experience engineers to work on the design and evaluation
of speech-enabled applications for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities will include working with product and sales teams to
design call flows and prompts, writing specification documents,
coaching voice talents, and evaluating the user experience.
Candidates should have a masters or doctorate in cognitive psychology,
linguistics or related disciplines, or equivalent job experience.
Previous experience with the design and evaluation of the user
interface for traditional IVRs and speech-enabled applications is
highly desirable. Knowledge of VXML and VISIO is a plus.

Excellent salary and great working conditions.
