The Department of Linguistics at Seoul National University is looking
for a computational linguist, the appointment to begin in Fall, 2002.
Candidates are required to hold a PhD at the time of application.  In
addition to a specialization in computational linguistics the candidates
should have research and teaching interests in some other areas of
linguistics.

Applications should include a CV, a list of
publications/presentations, a statement of research/teaching
interests, samples of recent work (two or three research articles
published in the last two years), transcripts and at least two letters
of reference. The deadline for receipt of application materials is
July 25, 2002. Selected candidates are expected to have an interview
and job talk around the end of August, 2002.
