Part-Time Research Assistant/Associate

Salary:   £18,265 - £20,311 pa pro rata

A Research Assistant/Associate is required for 20 hours per week, to
assist Dr Joan Beal in the preparation of a monograph on Later Modern
English.  The person selected will have a higher degree in English
Language/Linguistics or a related discipline, and some training in
research methods.  He/she will work in the National Centre for English
Cultural Tradition under the direction of Dr Joan Beal.

This position if available for 5 months, starting as soon as possible.
Interviews will be held in the week beginning 10th February, and the
successful candidate should be in a position to start work as soon as
possible thereafter.
