We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.

To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at

I am a student at the department of comunication disorder in Tel-Aviv
University and I'm from Taypee, in Arab 48 region and all the
available materials are about Hebrow and there aren't about Arabic. I
am doing a seminar project about phonological acqizition, specifically
about " the effect of the stress and the location of the syllable in
the word on the syllable acquizition and its parts (onset , coda ,
vowel) with arabic children ". I am specifically looking for
referances about arabic phonology acquizition with children learning
arabic as a native language. I want any referance about the subject
then I'm asking you if you can direct me to .

Thanks

Currently my parser, written in Java, dumps the whole output onto
the screen so that I have to scroll back to see the beginning of
the output. I am looking for a way to control the display in
such a way that I can go through the output page by page using
the space bar. Any hints would be appreciated.
