Dear colleagues,

In response to recent requests from members and other parties
regarding ethics for the GILT (Globalization, Internationalization,
Localization, Translation) industry, LISA has developed a preliminary
set of ethical guidelines for the GILT industry and is now requesting
public comment on them. This document is available for download as a
PDF document from http://www.lisa.org/members_info/ethics.pdf, and is
open to the public for comment.

For more information please visit
http://www.lisa.org/blogs/arle/archives/000011.html. We encourage
interested parties to download the document and provide constructive
feedback, either at the site listed above, or directly to Arle Lommel,
who is managing the document, at arle at lisa.org. Upon conclusion of
this public commentary feedback, a new version will be produced that
takes this feedback into account, and it will be made available that
you and your partners can refer to.

Best regards,

Arle Lommel
