We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.

To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at
http://linguistlist.org/LL/posttolinguist.html.

Dear LISA Supporter,

We're thinking about making some changes at the Globalization
Insider and would like your advice and feedback about how we're
doing and what you would like to read in future issues. Of course, the
information that you provide will be held strictly confidential and
will only be used to help with our editorial planning. NOTE: Responses
to all questions are required.

As a small token of our appreciation for taking the time to fill out
the survey, we would like to send you a free copy of The Best of LISA:
The Global Imperative, a compilation of some of our best articles on
what it means to "go global."

Many thanks for helping us improve the Globalization Insider. Please

Subject: Language Reacquisition

Language reacquisition is a psychological phenomenon which takes place
as one re learns the skill of speech after a memory loss due to brain
traumas like stroke. This process which resembles the mothertongue
acquisition process is remarkably shorter. I need contributions that
can explain the language theories and principles involved, enabling and
limiting factors.
