Description:


The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of
Cyprus seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in Syntax/Grammar
of English at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor.

The successful candidate will teach courses in Morphology and Syntax
of English, and Pedagogical Grammar as well as other courses in the
context of the Department's programme in English Language and
Literature.

The successful candidates should be willing to teach courses ranging
from introductory to graduate level courses.  Teaching load: Two
courses a semester.  Gross annual salary including the 13th salary:
Lecturer CYP22.136-CYP32.421; Assistant Professor CYP26.211-CY35.355.

summary of current and future research plans (2-3pp); and copies of
degree certificates.  Applicants must request three academic referees
