Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi

One to two-year Visiting Assistant Professor in Applied Linguistics
beginning August 2004.  Responsibilities include teaching introduction
to linguistics and English grammar. Candidates with experience
teaching technical and professional writing preferred.

Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered. Send application letter, vitae,

Mermann-Jozwiak, Chair, Department of English, 6300 Ocean Drive,
Corpus Christi, TX 78412. To ensure full consideration, completed

The A&M-CC English faculty emphasizes teaching, equal respect for

communities of South Texas. Our M.A. in English degree emphasizes
composition and rhetoric. Teaching loads are half lower division and
