Subject:  Pacific Ancient and Modern Language Association


The Linguistics session of the Pacific Ancient and Modern Language
Association (PAMLA) seeks submissions for papers at the annual
conference at Reed College in Portland, Oregon, from November 5-7. All
areas of inquiry are welcome for this session on general linguistics.
The conference is open to full-time and part-time professors,
independent scholars, and graduate students.  Presenters must become
PAMLA members to present at the conference.  Please consult the
website for details on PAMLA, membership, and the conference.
