Description:

The Linguistics Division of the University of North Texas Department
of English is currently accepting applications for a Visiting
Assistant Professor of Linguistics for the 2004-2005 academic year,
pending budgetary approval.  Applicants must have completed the
Ph.D. by the time of the appointment and be able to teach a range of
undergraduate and graduate linguistics courses.  During the spring
semester there will be an opportunity to teach a graduate course in
the area of expertise.  For information about the Linguistics
Division, including a list of courses and their descriptions, please
