Electronic journal 'Linguistica Occitana' (http://www.revistadoc.org) :
call for papers for 2005

The electronic journal 'Linguistica Occitana' calls for papers for its 2005
issues. Articles must deal with the following topics: old and/or modern Occitan,
studied in its entirety or with respect to one of its dialects, from a
synchronic and/or a diachronic point of view. The articles can cover phonetic,
phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic and/or pragmatic aspects,
applied linguistics or acquisition of Occitan. Preferred language for the
articles is Occitan (whatever dialect), but we will be able to accept articles
written in another Romance language or in English, as long as the journal's
editorial balance is adhered to.

Interested researchers must submit three copies of the article (Word document -
font Times New Roman 12 - line spacing 1,5 - phonetic transcriptions according
to IPA - max. 60000 characters) two of which must be anonymous. The e-mail
address for submitting the article is: articles at revistadoc.org. In addition to
the article, authors must specify their postal address, e-mail address and their
affiliation, as well as a max. 10 lines abstract of the article written in
Occitan, Catalan, English or French.

Deadlines for submission are:

January 31st 2005 for issue no.3 (June 2005)
May 31st 2005 for issue no.4 (October 2005)

The scientific commitee will provide an author's notification of acceptance
prior to March 1st 2005 (issue no.3) and July 1st 2005 (issue no.4).

La revista electronica Linguistica Occitana (http://www.revistadoc.org) crida a
comunicacions per sos numèros de 2005.  Los articles auràn per tèma central la
lenga occitana anciana e/o modèrna, estudiada dins sa globalitat o d'un ponch de
vista dialectal, segon una perspectiva sincronica e/o diacronica. La tematica ne
pòt èsser fonetica, fonologica, morfologica, sintaxica, semantica e/o
pragmatica. Tanben se pòdon prepausar de contribucions en relacion amb la
linguistica aplicada o l'aquisicion de l'occitan. La lenga dels articles serà
prioritàriament l'occitan (quin que ne siá lo dialècte), mas se poiràn acceptar
de comunicacions redigidas dins una autra lenga romanica o en anglés a condicion
que siá respectat l'equilibri editorial de la revista.

Los cercaires interessats pòdon mandar - en precisar lors adreiças postala e
electronica e lor afiliacion, e amb un resumit d'un desenat de linhas, redigit
en occitan, catalan, anglés o francés - lor article (document Word - polissa
Times New Roman 12 - interlinha 1,5 - transcripcions foneticas segon l'alfabet
