The Linguistic Society of America (LSA) is very pleased to announce the launching of its new 
website at http://lsadc.org. 

The site provides members with many new on-line features, including:
  Searchable member directory
  Annual and Summer Meeting conference registration
  Membership renewal
  Payment of dues and purchase of publications
  Membership application and profile update

Additional features currently in development:
  Searchable program directory
  E-voting
  Submission of abstracts for Summer and Annual Meetings
  Submission of LSA Institute fellowship applications

Founded in 1924, the LSA is today the largest linguistic society in the world and welcomes linguists 
of all kinds. It is the only umbrella professional linguistics organization in the US, with over 5,000
