Final Call for Papers 

The Language Research Center at Sejong University is pleased to announce
its Final Call for Papers: The Journal of Universal Language 6:2. 

I. HONORARIUM As a token of our gratitude, the contributors whose paper
appears in the Journal of Universal Language will be awarded around
$900-$1,000. 


II. TOPICS OF INTEREST The Journal of Universal Language, which will be
published in September 2005, is open to all those contributions which deal
with a topic related to the followings: 

--various areas of artificial language 
--universality in language 
--communication & culture in language 
--endangered language 
--language typology 

The editors encourage the submission of papers on proposed themes as well
as on other topics relevant to the interest of the Journal of Universal
Language. 

III. IMPORTANT DATES 
30 July 2005: deadline for receipt of papers 
15 August 2005: notification of acceptance 
15 September 2005: camera-ready final version 

IV. SUBMISSIONS 
1. Papers should not exceed 35 A4 pages (excluding references). 
2. A 200-word abstract should be given at the beginning of manuscripts. 
3. For hard copy submissions, please send 3 copies, accompanied by a cover
letter which includes the title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact
author's e-mail address, postal address, and telephone numbers, to:

4. Electronic submissions are acceptable. Acceptable file formats are
