Lecturers in Communication and Media Studies

The positions referred to in the following general announcement include up
to two lectureships in Communication and Media Studies.

Middlesex University established a new campus in the Dubai Knowledge
Village in January 2005 awarding UK Higher Education qualifications. The
new campus is rapidly expanding its range of programmes and student numbers

Applications are invited for the following posts.

Lecturers in Business, Computing, EAP, Media Studies, Psychology and
Tourism. Attractive (tax free) remuneration plus substantial benefits package
	
Applications are invited from people with at least 3 years experience of
teaching, learning and assessment at higher education level in Business
Studies, Communications, Computer Programming, Economics, English Language
for Academic Purposes, Human Resource Management, Information Technology,
Marketing, Mathematics, Media Studies, Psychology, Statistics or Tourism.
Candidates should have a degree and a relevant post-graduate qualification.
Up to twelve full time appointments will be made. Applications for
part-time positions will also be considered.
	
Academic support and administrative staff: Post-holders will receive a
package of benefits in addition to monthly tax-free salaries. Applications
for part-time positions will also be considered. Up to eight appointments
will be made. Applicants should be well-educated (normally graduates) with
excellent English language skills.

administrative staff both in Dubai and in the UK in developing and
operating the service and should have several years of administrative
experience, preferably in higher education.
