Regarding summary: http://www.linguistlist.org/issues/16/16-3103.html#1

A couple weeks ago I reported on online linguistics course resources and,
since then, have received more information from Dr. Patricia Cukor-Avila at
the University of North Texas. She and Dr. Shobhana Chelliah designed and
wrote 2 online linguistic courses, Linguistics 3060 "Principles of Language
Study", an introductory course and Linguistics 4040/5040 "General
Linguistics, an upper-division course. The latter, in fact, won the WebCT
Exemplary Course Award. You can take a look at it at
www.webct.com/exemplary or by e-mailing Patricia at pcavila at unt.edu. Thanks
again to everyone who gave such helpful advice.
