Linguistic Field(s): Sociolinguistics 

Call Deadline: 30-Jul-2006 

'THEMA series' will publish issues focusing on a chosen topic. The focus of this
issue will be: language contact, contact linguistics, language change, language
mixing, language evolution.
They each will be edited by an Issue Editor, who will, in agreement with the
Editors of JLC.
Content of the first issue of 'THEMA series' will be published in the second
half of 2006.
The deadline for paper submissions is July 30th, 2006. Submit by email to
nicolai at unice.fr
Papers may be either in French or in English. Please refer to
http://www.jlc-journal.org/ for detailed information.

Propositions for a THEMA issue are welcomed and should be sent to:
