Please write a one page double-spaced summarizing your proposal, and a brief
(2-3 page) curriculum vitae. These along wit this page should be sent by regular

If your proposal is accepted, you will need to submit a five-page summary of
your presentation by April 15, 2006, for distribution to those attending the
conference.

Presentations should be 45 minutes in length and allow 15 minutes for discussion.
